Little Coxwell

Little Coxwell is a picturesque village, situated in the Vale of White Horse.

In the centre there is a pub (The Eagle Tavern), a 12th century church (St Mary the Virgin), a red phone box and a post box.

The village was originally part of Royal Berkshire but came within Oxfordshire when the county boundaries were redrawn.

The nearest market town is Faringdon, 2 miles away. Faringdon lies on the old coaching road between London and the West Country.
