Libcany is a small community near to Hadrec Kralove in the Czech Republic. The community has been twinned with Le Mele sur Sarthe in France since 1990.
A small group of people travelled to Libcany in August 2002 to discuss a twinning arrangement between the people of Faringdon and Libcany. The group were very warmly received and look forward to welcoming a group from Libcany this summer.
